Mudita Rastogi, Ph.D., LMFT, is passionate about promoting healthy families and relationships, supporting individuals to achieve their personal and professional goals, and conducting hands-on training. She founded and practices at Aspire Consulting and Therapy, LLC in Arlington Heights, Illinois as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a Certified Career development Coach and a Certified Executive Coach. She and has amassed over 2 decades of experience with highly diverse clients in both the clinical and coaching/leadership training fields. Dr. Rastogi earned her Ph.D. in MFT from Texas Tech University. As Professor of Clinical Psychology she has trained graduate students for over 20 years, published extensively including the books Multicultural Couple Therapy and Voices of Color, presented international workshops, and worked as Associate Editor for the Encyclopedia of Couple and Family Therapy and the Handbook of Systemic Family Therapy. Mudita is a Clinical Fellow and Approved Supervisor with AAMFT, has previously served as Program Director for the SAMHSA funded Minority Fellowship Program at AAMFT (2011-15), and was an Associate Editor for the Journal of Marital and Family Therapy (2005-11). Dr. Rastogi is currently on the Board of several journals, and additionally, maintains an interest in partnering with grassroots, not-for-profit organizations. Mudita lives in the Chicago area with her husband and two sons. She has traveled to 23 countries with only 172 more to go!
Bahareh Sahebi, Psy.D., LMFT, holds a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. She is a core faculty member of the master of science Marriage and Family Therapy graduate program at The Family Institute in the Center for Applied Psychological and Family Studies at Northwestern University. She also serves as a clinical instructor at Northwestern University’s Department of Education and Social Policy where she teaches child and adolescent development. Dr. Sahebi has specialized clinical training in the treatment of trauma, addictions, severe and persistent mental illness, forensics, and psychological evaluations and provides therapeutic services to children/adolescents, adults, families, couples and groups. She also has expertise in program development and expansion efforts both within mental health agencies as well as in corporate settings for the past 20 years. Dr. Sahebi is committed to the development of effective and contextually informed interventions for underserved populations that are impacted by biopsychosocial stressors.
